While Shiatsu massage therapy is not covered by BC’s Medical Services Plan (MSP), some private insurance plans do offer coverage. We provide official receipts featuring our CSSBC (The Canadian Shiatsu Society of British Columbia) -approved certified therapist numbers so you can easily submit a claim to your insurance provider.

What to wear: You will stay fully clothed during your Shiatsu session! Please wear something loose and comfortable.

Before you arrive: To get the most out of your treatment, please avoid big meals and alcohol just beforehand.

Health & Pregnancy: Your safety is our priority. If you have an existing medical condition or are pregnant, please check with your doctor before booking. We typically suggest waiting until you are at least 16 weeks pregnant.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late changes will be subject to the full treatment fee. 

For the safety of our community, we also ask that you reschedule your session if you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of a contagious illness.

To thank you for your loyalty, you will earn 2.5% back in rewards on every visit and receive a discount on your 6th appointment. Your accumulated points are automatically applied on that 6th visit, and they stay valid for three years.
